Terms and Conditions

20% deposit required for all works over the amount of £500

Quotes are at fixed rates any additional works that were unforeseen will be charged for (parts cost and fixed labour rates apply) works will be communicated and discussed with client before any additional works are carried out.

Customer is required to inform company of any risks within property (ie asbestos)

Any work carried out by Orata Underfloor Heating will become null & Void if the work completed is subject to misuse or negligence It shall also be null & void if repaired, modified or tampered with by anyone other than an engineer from Orata Underfloor Heating.

Orata Underfloor Heating will accept no liability for or guarantee materials supplied by the client and will accept no liability for any consequential damage or fault.

Any company supplied material or installed will remain property of the company until payment is made, the company reserves the right to removed installed material from within the property if payment is not made

The client shall be solely liable for any hazardous situation in respect of Gas Safe regulations or Gas warning notice issued.

All guarantees will be registered on the client’s behalf once payment is received in full for the parts and materials used.

Orata Underfloor Heating will guarantee all works for 2 years subject to other terms stated here (tamper or modified by other companies)

If any complaints please reach out to us and we can discuss details and resolve disputes professionally

Where appointments are cancelled with less that 24hours notice or if we arrive at an appointment (as agreed) and are unable to access the property then an aborted call-out fee may be charged. This will be at the discretion of Orata Underfloor Heating.

Orata Underfloor Heating has the right to cancel and or deny service if staff are abused or exposed to a unsafe working environment.

All quotations are NON-NEGOTIABLE.
